Broccoli makes an excellent microgreen, as it is one of the easiest crops to grow. It has a deliciously mild, fresh brocolli or cabbage flavor and makes a great garnish and addition to any microgreens salad.
Turns out that broccoli is high in sulforaphane. Broccoli microgreens sulforaphane is even higher and more potent than sprouts or mature broccoli.
